This shop accepts both Credit Card and PAYPAL payments. If you wish to use EMT for payment in Canada, please contact us. Full payment must be made before we start any custom orders.
Shipping

If purchasing through Paypal, all items will be shipped to your PAYPAL SHIPPING ADDRESS. If using direct checkout, items will be shipped to the address you provide to us. Ready to Ship items will ship in 1-3 days. Your package will get to you usually in to 2-10 days in Canada and 2-4 weeks to the USA. All items are sent with tracked shipping unless otherwise stated on the item description. If you are local to us and would like to avoid shipping costs, please select Local Pickup while checking out you can make arrangements to pick up from us in or around Fort Assiniboine, Alberta. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking Your Order
We will advise when your order ships or is ready to be picked up. Orders can be tracked through Canada Post Website: https://www.canadapost.ca/cpotools/apps/track/personal/findByTrackNumber
Damaged Goods
Damaged goods includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please notify us immediately to start a claim. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away as Canada Post requires proof of shipping damage.
Refund Policy
14 day return policy on in stock items. We will return your purchase price, minus shipping and handling charges, if returned to us within 14 days from date order is shipped out. Returned items must be shipped back to us through Canada Post at customer's cost with Canada post tracking number. Refunds and exchanges will only be issued once returned merchandise is in our possession. In order to receive refund or exchange, item must be in new and unused condition.
Personalized items are non-returnable/non-refundable.
We are not responsible for user damage during the use of product. Refer to our care and wear section.
Price/Picture/Description Changes
All prices, pictures and descriptions on this site are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility for accidental errors. When you place your order with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated on our website on the day of your order purchase. Price differences related to future or past prices in our store are not refundable.
