Kodiak Kisses features a mama bear face to face with her baby and ready to take on the world. The back side of the hat has a forest that represents the sometimes crazy but beautiful world we bring our babies into.
 
The pattern has charts for both the two different styles of the adult size pattern as pictured as well as the newborn size hat. It uses approx 65 yards in the brim color and 85 yards in the bear color. I recommend you have some experience with color work before you take this one on as the charts are quite large. My Moosey Slouchy pattern would be a good place to start.
